After the Pet Proof is approved, we typically ship the final product within 4-10 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Once your portrait is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to Contact Us!
We offer free shipping in the USA on all our products.
For all other countries the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Unfortunately at this time we can not ship to Military addresses.
Refund Policy
At BruBerri, we are proud to offer Designer Pet Portraits that are as unique as your pet. Due to the nature of our Custom Designed Pet Portraits, all sales are final. We only offer refunds if your product arrives wrong or damaged.
If you are unhappy with the Pet Proofs and do not wish to approve one of them, we will refund your money within 30 days.
If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your portrait. While our custom orders are non-refundable, your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
