The photo you send will mimic the position and expression used in the Portrait. See our home page to see the photos used and the resulting Portraits. Unfortunately we can not change the direction of your pets eyes, body or overall expression.

The photo(s) you upload are very important.

1. Please be sure they are high quality, in focus, with good lighting.

2.  The photos should not have people or a busy background. Pets only.

3. If your pet has an outfit or other decorative item on them it will be assumed you will want that included in your Portrait, if possible. If not, please note this in Create Now description box.

4. ​If you are unsure about your photo it is best to upload a few different photos and we will choose.

The good news is we are experienced artists and in most cases, not all, we can make the photo work!
